Is it okay if I don't know how many services yet?
Yes, absolutely! If you haven't asked your bridal party yet and have an estimate that is totally fine. Count them in your questionnaire and we will finalize numbers 3 months out from your wedding day!

Can I make changes to my booking after I reserve my date?
Yes! You can always add on additional hair services but you cannot remove after 3 months before your wedding day. If the getting ready location changes, that is okay and I will requote the travel rate if needed as well!

How long do you allow for services on the wedding day?
I plan for about 45 minutes per bridal party member (including bridesmaids, moms, etc.) and 1-1.5 hours for brides typically.

Can I book a trial/hair preview before reserving my wedding day?​
Hair previews are exclusively for reserved brides only as I cannot hold your date until an appointment due to high inquiry demand.

Do you bring an assistant with you?
I typically don't unless absolutely needed or requested. Adding on an assistant will have an additional cost. I ask for how many people getting services, what time you need to be ready by and the earliest we can get started to help determine if an assistant is necessary or preferred.

Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included and is 100% at the client's discretion. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated.
Do you require hair extensions/recommend any types?
I love styling hair with or without extensions! Whether or not you use extensions is completely up to you! I may recommend extensions based on the style you are looking to achieve, but it is always just a recommendation. Brands I love are Zala, Luxy Hair and Halo Couture!

How do you handle multiple inquiries on the same day?
I try to stick by the first come first serve rule, however, I cannot hold any wedding bookings without a signed contract and paid retainer. I often get 5+ wedding inquiries for the same day and can only guarantee the day to one of them.

How much do you charge for travel and are there any additional fees?
I charge $1 per mile traveled to and from the getting ready location. Additional fees may apply if we include an assistant, hotel or parking is required, or traveling by air. If under 15 minutes, I do not charge a travel fee.
Is my hair preview included in my bridal rate?
Yes, your hair preview is included! Your hair preview is 1.5 to 2 hours long and I ask that if you bring someone with you, it is limited to 1 person and that you let me know in advance.

Do you have a service minimum requirement?
Yes and no - I have a minimum to travel more than 30 minutes. That is 4 bridal party + Bride OR $700. If you are over 30 minutes and still want to book services, I will gladly still come at the booking minimum number or rate.
